| This paper is assumed to acknowledge the market failure and the non-market factors to the employment dual influences as the foundation, the situation of our country's employment as the object of study and the strategy of Neotype Industrialization as the background, for seeking the influence of the Neotype Industrialization implementation to current employment in China. In order to make the situation better, it presents some suggestions about how to smooth out disadvantages to the employment growth on the advancement of the Neotype Industrialization and also promoting the economic growth.In this article, firstly, we analyze the proposed background and the theory basis of the Neotype Industrialization strategy, which will reveal the importance of why China should select the Neotype Industrialization. After that, we conclude the characteristics of the Neotype Industrialization by using the comparative analysis in order to emphasize that Neotype Industrialization is a "humanist" industrialization road which will fully use of our country's human resources; secondly, we analyze the serious situation of employment and study the reasons which derive from the employment pressure of total labor force, the contradiction between employment structure and the profession demand, the influence of the industrial structure adjustment to employment; thirdly, for seeking the mechanism of expanding employment on the road of the Neotype Industrialization, we carry on an thoroughly analyze to the factors which will affect employment on the advancement of the Neotype Industrialization, such as the creativity level of science and technology, the development of circulation economic, the promotion of urbanization actively, the transformation of economic growth way and the change of industrial structure; In the last part of the dissertation, we figure out the main directions in active policy to promote employment on the advancement of the Neotype Industrialization on the basis of economic growth. |
