The Study On The Relationship Of Farmer Management Behaviors And Agricultural Pollution

With the economic rapidly development, people's life become better and better. However, the relationship of human and nature is becoming Unharmonious and environment continuously deteriorate. Under the development of market economy in rural areas, environment deteriorating brings seriously impacts to agricultural ecosystem. Up to now, unhappily, the problem of agricultural pollution isn't still bringing the public's attention. Adding law systems' incompletion, the research so mostly focus on general description about agricultural pollution that people can't roundly understanding inner reasons to agricultural pollution.On the view of agricultural ecosystem, the paper deeply analyses the relationship of farmer management behavior and agricultural pollution and puts forward corresponding Countermeasures in Hebei province. Firstly, the paper puts forward the hypothesis with the relationship of farmer management behavior and agricultural pollution on the basic of field survey and statistical date processing. Secondly, the article tells us that though agricultural economics rapidly development and farmers incomes constantly increase, the agricultural ecosystem persistently deteriorates. When farmer engage agricultural activities, they excessively employ fertilizer pesticide and plastic film, irrelevantly deal with straw, random pile up livestock dejecta and feed barracuda with superfluous feedstuff. All these irrelevant behaviors make the whole ecosystem which consists of water soil biology and atmosphere. Thirdly, the paper discusses negative impacts of agricultural pollution to crop output and farmer life. Such as elements unbalance in soil, groundwater's quality deteriorate, atmospheres' quality worsen, primary products are become unhealthy and human health are threatened directly or indirectly. Fourth, It constructs index system of agricultural pollution interrelated facts in the view of farmer management behavior, subsequently, calculate index shares with dispersion method and varied coefficient method, and deeply analysis those indexes in the end. Finally, the paper tells us that if we want to solve the problem of agricultural pollution we should adopt some measures in guiding and correcting farmer's nonstandard management behaviors, perfecting law system in protecting agricultural ecosystem, strengthening the idea of protection agricultural ecosystem, reinforcing the impartation of related technology to farmer, and etc. The paper constructs the systemic and integrative ideas of agricultural pollution's solution on the basic of the idea of the whole.The possible innovations of this paper includes: it constructs index system of agricultural pollution interrelated facts and calculate index shares with dispersion method and varied coefficient method on the basic of field survey and statistical date processing; on the view of farmer management behaviors, it analyzes related facts of agricultural pollution and constructs the systemic and integrative ideas of agricultural pollution's solution; it points out that we should think much of farmer and bring them into play in the protection of agricultural ecosystem.
