Research Of The Financial Issue About Small Private Corporation In China

Since the reform and open policy, the private enterprise,which is small and medium-sized, has been growing rapidly, because of its fast development, it has became a noticeable important force in the national economy. But in the process of private enterprise bringing up, the fund shortage, financing difficult actually becomes the huge barrier that restricts them to further development. In such background, it has a more practical function on studying and dealing with financing problem for the private enterprise, especially small and medium-sized. This article consists six parts.Although private enterprise small and medium-sized has been playing more and more important role in national economy, it has very narrow channel of obtaining financial resources, comparing with its role in the national economy and social development's status function. The papers has analyzed financing present situation and reason of private small and medium-sized enterprise in our country, and get profits from the overseas experience which get good solution to deal with such question, beside that give some ideas about solving financing question direction and the way for the private enterprise. At first the government should use macro-control tools, giving the currency and policy support to the private enterprise, and establishing the relative laws in order to building a good environment; second, authority and society should set up some financial agency, including guarantee agency, insurance agency, especially financing agency such as private bank, above-mentioned organization is very fit to our situation; third, small and medium sized private enterprise should improve themselves, enhancing management, raising credit, powering themselves in order to satisfied the need of financial agency.All in all, the financing problem of small and medium sized private enterprise can't be solving in one day. The financing question, economic system reforming, the national economy sustainable growth and so on many fundamental question should be researched in together, that is a complex, long-term process, needs the plane the design in different sides and the reform, the practice.
