Family business follows a general developing rule, which changes from a small-sized business owned by a family to a large public company. Family business usually has many aspects that all of the founders have vivid entrepreneurship, and the companies have stable and solid governing structure during the fast growing period. Besides, they can take effective measures to solve the conflict and contradiction between the family members. And the most important, these family businesses are able to realize a qualitative change during the decline period and find a new revenue increase point.The number of our country family firm is increasing highly during recently twenty years. Family firm is playing a more and more important role in entire national economy. They have adopted clan administration method mostly. Family firm clan initial stage effectuation administration is of high efficiency in starting an undertaking. With the development of enterprise, enterprise has stepped off difficult initial stage and will be confronted with a variety of development limitation for managerial innovation hindering. Therefore they need management innovation urgently.However, up to now, the studies of our scholars in the fields of managerial innovation in family enterprises are still weak. The findings have not came into a system, and lacked the support of systematic theories, even some of them have gone too much into the dispute of the advantages and disadvantages of family enterprises and the direction of transformation. As some scholars have indicated, the prevailing opinion in theory is that the family enterprises should be transformed and only through transformation can they walk out of the closed state and limitation. Many scholars in this field through the studies of structure of standardized modern company believe that in order to promote the development of Chinese family enterprises, we must depend on the establishment of institution of a modern company, separating the management from the ownership.
