With the contemporary trend of economic globalization,worldwide momentum of regional economic integration are constantly enhanced. The formation and development of regional economic integration reflects the want of the countries who want to strengthen economic ties, cooperation, and the inherent requirement of an objective trend. Since the 21st century, the regional economic cooperation has developed a flourishing trend. The European Union and the North American Free Trade Area of the regional economic benefits is in the limelight. Further strengthening the regional economic cooperation becomes an important task the East Asian countries face. Compared to North American, East Asia regional economic cooperation is still lagging behind, but East Asian countries have an increasing awareness of strengthening regional economic cooperation. The representatives of "10 +1" , "10 +3"and China, Japan and Korea for regional economic cooperation is showing a trend of the development of diversification. In the future, East Asian regional economic cooperation will be the key factor of the impact of the world economy and the international pattern.The envisagement of East Asian regional economic cooperation has been a long time, but countries in East Asian have been unable to put into practice. Since the late 20th century, the world economy has begun to enter the age of globalization. As the market economy system widely recognized and accepted, the outcome of the information technology revolution and popularity of modern means of transport, the development of economic globalization has more rapid pace. With the tide of economic globalization, regional economic integration has developed rapidly. The world's major regions have established regional cooperation organization. Such as the EU, APEC, NAFTA, the Caspian Sea OECD, the CIS Union, the African Economic Community. The economic cooperation of 13 countries in East Asia, can be divided into four levels: First, ASEAN, as an independent regional organizations in their internal economic cooperation among the member states; Second ASEAN with China, Japan and Korea in bilateral economic cooperation, namely, the "10 +1" third among the three countries of China, Japan and Korea economy cooperation with the four ASEAN, Japan and South Korea in multilateral economic cooperation arrangements, namely the "10 +3."China plays an important role In East Asia and the global economy. China's development is inseparable from East Asia and the world, East Asia and the world's development also needs China. In analyzing China's readjustment of the industrial structure must be on the issue of global perspective. Author think that the East Asian regional economic cooperation through the establishment of a FTA of the "customs union" effect and "foreign trade, direct investment" effect of a regional division of labor among the countries and transfer of industries, in turn affect China's industrial structure.Under the influence of Regional economic cooperation in East Asia ,China's industrial development model should be double promote model -- First, high-tech industry led to the development of traditional industries and upgrade. Second, layer from the eastern to the western industrial gradient transfer. China's industrial development strategy should be to technological innovation as the starting point and upgrading of the industrial structure as the core, comprehensive dynamic use of import substitution and export-oriented, so that the organic integration and multi-level participation in the international division of labor. The basic countermeasures of China's industrial structural adjustment are as follows: First, using information technology to stimulate industrialization, and strengthen the overall competitiveness of the industry. Second, foreign trade, foreign investment and industrial cooperation combination. Third, the adjustment of the industrial structure and enhance competitiveness of industries combined. Fourth, participation in the international division of labor and integration of regional structural adjustment.
