Based on the investigation, this thesis carries out analysis of gamer requirements and design method for virtual items. A modal of evaluating gamer requirements was proposed and a method to rate gamer requirements based on fuzzy sets and entropy method was presented. Mapping gamer requirements to virtual item attributes using fuzzy QFD and fuzzy linear programming. The main research results of this thesis are as follows: (1) the level of gamer requirements in online games. Comparing needs in real life and motivation in online game, an analytic modal is built to compartmentalize the level of gamer requirements in online games played in China; (2) the modal of evaluating gamer requirements. According to the fuzziness and uncertainty of the online gamer requirements, Symmetrical triangular fuzzy numbers were adopted to represent gamer requirements information. A fuzzy decision matrix based on gamer requirements was built, using entropy method to evaluate the importance of gamer requirements; (3) the method to design virtual items based on gamer requirements. Analyze gamer requirements and virtual item attributes quantitatively. A fuzzy QFD modal is built for mapping gamer requirements to virtual item attributes. And fuzzy linear programming modal is formulated do determine the optimum fulfillment level of each virtual item attribute for maxing the gamer satisfaction under the cost limitation and game balance. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Online-game, Gamer Requirements, Virtual Item, QFD, Fuzzy Set, Entropy, Fuzzy Linear Programming | | Related items |
