| As a developing country, China, without doubt, cannot exceed the special period of country industrialization. With the development of social modernization construction and reforming and opening to the outside world for twenty years, China has witnessed notable accomplishments in the country industrialization construction, especially, in the south-east coastal provinces which are developed areas in China, great developments and progresses have been made in this very aspect, thus the economic strength and foundation have been established to some degree. However, as the underdeveloped areas in present China such as the mid-west countries, country industrialization construction has been just on the way or at a standstill. Thus, how to seize the developing opportunities, gradually narrow down the gap so as to realize the one-great-step-forward development is the urgent task for the underdeveloped countries to carry out the county industrialization construction, and also the target of overall planning of area economic development in China. In this case, what is the best choice of the road to country industrialization construction for underdeveloped counties? Can the construction of county industrial parks function as an effective choice and essential method for the underdeveloped counties to advance the country industrialization construction? This thesis starts from the instance of construction and development of Pingjiang Industrial Park, together with combining the conditions of the construction of industrial parks throughout China, emphatically investigates the relation between county industrial parks and country industrialization and researches the influence of county industrial parks over country industrialization in the underdeveloped counties, which provides referential values for the advancement of country industrialization in underdeveloped areas and the acceleration of the construction of county industrial parks. |
