Research On Supervision Problem Of Chinese Commercial Banks' Comprehensive Operation

In recent years, our banking industry has appeared comprehensive operation trend by permeating into security and insurance field. The situation brings a new request towards local banks' capability of innovation and management, also puts forward a challenge to the current financial separated supervision system. The financial business combination and crossing, the emergence of the financial holding companies, the increasing connection transaction, all cause comprehensive operation related risks such as risk delivering or risk gathering. How to realize the effective supervision to the banks which take on more and more comprehensive operation under the law frame of existing" separated-operation, separated-supervision ",how to set up scientific comprehensive supervise mode, how to prevent and control the comprehensive operation related risks, in order to steadily push banking comprehensive operation is an important and urgent topic.From the angle of the theories and the fulfillment, the dissertation analyzes that comprehensive operation is the target mode of Chinese commercial banks, reflecting the challenges the current supervise mode is facing.
