The Research On Function Of University Research Park

The definition of hatcher was born in America in 50' s last century. As the good performance of hatcher to increase the opportunities of employment and income, it extended rapidly in the world. In China, the hatch is also called technical development center, their function was defined as assistance for small venture growth. Nowadays, many countries and experts realized the value of hatcher and began to study them. At the same time, the hatcher is facing a new challenge since we are in E-time now. The business tradition was altered under the impact of fashion. And the Univertity Research Park (URP) is the typical technology park in China. The UTP is also facing critical environment and in-predictable challenges.This article is basing on the theories of hatcher and relevant technical development. I performed analyze of URP including function and position. Continuously, a model was established to evaluate the development level of URP and the status of function. A evaluation system was given, together with the model of Analytic Hierarchy Process based on Fuzzy Mathematics Method. (AHPFM). Eventually, we discussed some issues on URP, such as technical convert rate is too low, un-obvious trend of assembly, the service issue of agency etc. Eventually, after comparing with Tsinghua and Northwest URP, some suggestions were given against related issues and concerns.
