Discussion On The Mode Of Technology Introduction Of National Small And Medium-Sized Chemical Industry Enterprises

As the main form of enterprise configuration of China, the small & medium-sized enterprise(SME from here) affects the development of national industry and economy, decides the most people's employment and the local prosperous. The technology innovation of SME is the basis of national innovation system. So, as the crucial time of constructing the national innovation system, the discussion on the technology introduction of SME has important practical value.The Small and Medium-Sized Chemical Industry Enterprise (SMCIE from here) is a more technology dependence kind of enterprise in SME. It has the model and the practical significance to choose this kind of enterprise as the sample in analyzing the technology introduction mode of the SME.This article first reviewed the concepts and the theories which had involved in the technology introduction of SMCIE. Then integrating the investigation on the SMCIEs of Jintan with the theories, basing on the leading causes in the technology introduction and the process of enterprise technology innovation, we can boil the mode of technology introduction of SMCIEs down into four kinds: the mode of technological demand impetus, the mode of market demand drawing, the mode of government impel and the mode of multi-factor impetus. And after this, we can tease the mechanism of technology introduction of SMCIEs further. As the technology introduction of SMCIEs has the universal characteristics of the technology introduction of SMEs, therefore, we can promote it to the technology introduction process of SMEs.Through the study on the technology introduction mode of SMCIEs in Jintan of Jiangsu Province, this article summed up the general mechanism of technology introduction of SMEs which can provide the theory reference and the instruction for the technology introduction of SMEs.
