Study On The Construction Of Harmonious Labour-Capital Relations In Private Enterprise At Present In Our Country

Construction of harmonious labour-capital relations in private enterprise is the crucial part of construction of "harmonious labour relations" and melodious society. Meanwhile, it is also the key point and hard nut of them. On the basis of historical studies, by using the methods of history, logic, standard and authentic proof, this thesis studies present harmonious labour-capital relations construction of private enterprise in our country systematically, completely and deeply from the following four aspects: the connotations, possibilities and conditions of harmonious labour-capital relations and basic trains of thought of it. This study has important theoretical and practical meanings to promote labour's status in private enterprise, enhance the private enterprise's ability of enlarger and more powerful and construction of harmonious labour relations and society.This thesis includes four parts as follows: Part One: labour-capital relations and harmonious labour-capital relations. It analyzes the concept and features of labour-capital relations and harmonious labour-capital relations theoretically and manages to summarize and explains harmonious labour-capital relations. Besides it classifies the features of harmonious labour-capital relations in details, in order to lay the study foundation of it. Part Two: the basis of construction of harmonious labour-capital relations, i.e., whether it is possible to construct such relations in private enterprise of our country presently, which is the focal point of this part. From the following three aspects, it makes an overall study: theoretical and practical changes of western labour-capital relations, the view changes of our Party to labour-capital relations in private enterprise and the special features of present labour-capital relations in private enterprise of our country. So that it is thought tentatively that the construction of harmonious labour-capital relations has ample practical and theoretical foundation. Part Three: the conditions of construction of harmonious labour-capital relations in private enterprise. Construction of such relations is not a natural process but it needs the conditions of economy development, perfect marketing principles and the mature of subject of this relations. Only these conditions are satisfied, can it be possible to construct harmonious labour-capital relations. Part Four: basic trains of thought of construction of harmonious labour-capital relations in private enterprise. The key point is the general trains of thought about construction of such relations under present conditions. For example: several principles which should be obeyed and detailed suggestions of the procedure. In a word, through the study, three problems have got solved: First, the connotation and features of harmonious labour-capital relations is defined. Second, the conclusion that the construction of harmonious labour-capital relations in private enterprise of our country in present time is possible is proved. Third, the conditions of construction of harmonious labour-capital relations are put forward. However, construction of harmonious labour-capital relations in private enterprise is a great research topic, only this thesis can not solve all the problems, such as, the ways and strategies of converting the possibilities of construction of harmonious labour-capital relations in private enterprise into realities, which is expected to make further studies so as to be solved.
