Research On Logistics Interface Management Of Manufacturing Enterprise

It has a profound background of the times that bringing forward interface management issues. In the wave of economic globalization, many enterprises have become nodes in the global division network. The interdependence between enterprises and environment reaches an unprecedented level. People realize that it will become an important problem to deal with various levels of cooperation and competition. Manufacturing logistics are logistics activities which take the manufacturing enterprises business as the core. It is the typical micro-area of logistics activities. In the business activities of manufacture sector, logistics is infiltrated into various business activities and it impenetrate the entire enterprise's process as funds flow and information flow. The purpose of this paper is to inspect the problems in the logistics process of China's manufacturing enterprises by interface perspective, then put forward several solutions to the problems, and integrate China's manufacturing logistics resources in great degree, and promote logistics synergy to lower logistics costs and improve the efficiency of logistics.The thesis mainly includes four parts: (1 ) Summarization of Theory. It summarizes the existing literatures of interface and interface management theory in accordance with the different classification of the content. Then it expounds the definition, types and characteristics of interface, and the aspects which need improvement of existing interface theories. (2) The Necessity of Manufacture Enterprise Logistics Interface Management and the Reasons for Its Interface Obstacles. It studies the necessity of manufacturing enterprise logistics interface management form the division of economic, competitive advantage, organizational building, as well as flexible. Then it studies the reasons including culture, goal and information for manufacturing enterprise logistics interface obstacles. (3) Analyze the Interface Obstacles with Reality. It puts forward the different interface obstacles among supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics and recovery logistics.(4) Countermeasures in Three Aspects. It puts forward corresponding Countermeasures including organizing modes, management system and cultural integration. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of my paper.Innovations: (1) It inspects the problems in the logistics process of China's manufacturing enterprises by interface perspective and use the interface theory to analyze the interface obstacles in the logistics process of China's manufacturing enterprises. (2) Basis of analyzing the manufacturing enterprise logistics interface, it applied the enterprise management, enterprise organizational model to solve the logistics interface obstacles of manufacture enterprises logistics process.
