Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China. Ltd (PAIC) Shenzhen Branch was among the first 16 subsidiary companies, and made rapid development from 1990 to 2003. Meanwhile, Shenzhen Branch cultured many talents for PAIC Group. But PAIC Shenzhen branch had to deal with plenty of troubles from 2004, as a result, the market share falls from 20.47% to 15.3%, i.e., rank falls from second to third. We would like to ask, what has made Shenzhen Branch setback in recent years, so that PAIC Shenzhen failed to keep his share in market year after year? This thesis would like to analyze PAIC Shenzhen branch's developing surroundings, summarize his success and failure through duration, so as to draw appropriate strategy for the company advance.The thesis uses the theories of PEST Analysis, Five Forces Model, SWOT Analysis, Competitive Stratege, through reviewing the developing history of PAIC Shenzhen branch, analyzing the surroundings of PAIC Shenzhen branch, the thesis has designed a set of developing strategy and enforcement.On the basis of above analysis, the author concludes PAIC Shenzhen branch should adopt the following strategies: keep of existing market share, improvement of the enforcement, market diversity, as well as Blue Ocean of market for service and product.
