A Study Of Audit On Effectiveness Of Countryside Investment Projects

"Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer" issues has already caused concerns among entire society. The 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee has brought forward the target building new countryside of socialism's in an all-round way. Audit on effectiveness is the target we are working on, and is a development and sublimate on the basis of audit on financial revenue and disbursement. In order to put them into effect smoothly ,we have to develop audit on effectiveness of countryside investment projects, and to enhance the level of the projects' economy, efficiency and effectiveness. This essay focused on the study of audit on effectiveness of countryside investment projects. It mainly discussed the general targets and concrete goals, range and objects, methods and procedure of the audit .And it also constructs a appraisal index and auditing standard of the audit. In addition, the essay studied the main content and basic structure of the auditing report, expanded the rectification work about the audit. In the last place, the essay analyzed the problems in the audit, proposed countermeasures to advance audit on effectiveness of countryside investment projects.
