Among the state-owned commercial banks, national joint-stock banks and foreign banks, competitions become more intense now. China banking regulatory commission also has approved many commercial banks that some local private enterprises are the major shareholder of commercial banks such as Zheshang banks, Huishang banks. As these new banks, its size, visibility, and personnel are all at a competitive disadvantage. Zheshang banks set up for only four years. To expand the bank's profitability, it began to establish a branch in Shanghai to seize the Shanghai market.Zheshang bank Shanghai branch, as a conversion from the city commercial banks, regulatory constraints and complicated situation continuously make business environment more complex. How to identify development strategies and effective marketing is an important subject. This paper will use bank marketing theory and practical analysis and study how to improve Zheshang bank marketing management system.
