Assessment And Researches On The Ecological Loss In The Process Of Rural Land Transfer

In the process of agriculture land transfer,the assessment of the valueof agricultural land and compensation for agricultural land are confined mainly to economic and social value,and neglect the ecological value of agricultural land.In fact,land ecosystems as an input have joined in the process of investment when agriculture land is transfered In the construction projects, land use patterns are changed, and this will inevitably lead to ecological losses of land ecosystems. It is rare for the assessment and compensation on the ecological value of agricultural land at home and abroad. So it is necessary for the ecological value of land and compensation to study.In this context and on the basis of research results that is accouting methods of ecological value at home and abroad and using comparative analysis and empirical analysis,this paper explore the new ideas and methods of assessment for the ecological value of agriculture land and assess the ecological loss of agicultural land in the district of yang ling .Basic structure and main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:Chapter1: Introduction about the background,purpose,significance and the developments of domestic and international study.Chapte2:Theoretical foundation of study.Resource Value Theory,that is the value of agricultural land includes the ecological value in addition to economic value, social value.Ecosystem services theory demonstrate the ecological value of agricultural land is reasonable from two aspects of the demand and supply of market ,and specifically pointed out the ecosystem services of agricultural land; Compensation theory, is the theoretical basis of the compensation.Chapte3: the status and existing problems of the assessment of Land value. Through the analysis for the status,demonstratethat the existing land assessment overlooked the land ecological value of land.Chapte4:Assessment and researches on the ecological loss in the process of rural land transfer. Reference to the assessment of the ecological value for the forest ecosystem this paper have determined the evaluation index of this paper, and constructed the method of calculation about index ,established the final measurement model.Chapte5:Empirical.
