Job performance is an important content in the performance of industrial and organizational psychology research. To the organization, the performance reflects the accomplish situation of quantity,quality and efficiency ;To the personal staff; it is a work evaluation from their superiors and colleagues. This article summed up the researches on the performance, a new technology--Imagery Communication Psychotherapy, showing relations between images of animals and work performance. This study was targeted at real estate sales, the conclusion were that: 1. two major types of phytophagous animal and carnivore animal showed in the Images animals; from the number of phytophagous animal, there is no different between men and women. Men's carnivorous animal's image slightly more than the number of women.2. The relationship between staff of age and the performance showed an inverted U-shaped distribution, the youngest and oldest employees'work performance is less than the middle age performance. 3 employees work performance and animal imagery was not obvious affected with the work experience, age, post and qualification.4. When the performance is greater than average level, showed the number of animal and carnivore animal ratio was balanced; if less than average performance, the number of phytophagous is obviously more than carnivorous. On this basis, a proposed is using animal imagery techniques to adjust and improve their job performance.
