The Study On Stock Incentive System Of The State-owned Commercial Bank

Human capital is the most valuable resource in enterprises, the incentive mechanism to the human capital becomes the key question of company's administration structure. Our country affiliation after the WTO, the financial market releases gradually, the foreign bands are entering into our market, competition increasingly vigorous. Face the vigorous competition, the loss of talented people of the state-owned commercial banks turn worse gradually, having caused the management layer of the banks to value highly, they notice the system blemish that themselves have. This thesis sets out from the present condition of the state-owned commercial banks, aiming at the problems of current incentive system which include of the simplex incentive measure, the short date incentive measure and the average doctrine etc. Put forward the necessity and the possibility of leading into the stock incentive system. This thesis thinks that joining together the actual circumstance of the state-owned commercial banks, we should adopt the executive stock option and the employee stock ownership plan. The executive stock option is applicable to the management layer, then the employee stock ownership plan is applicable to the large and common employee.The full text is divided into totally six parts.Chapter 1: Introduction of the research background, research meaning, the problems that demand resolve, main research method.Chapter 2: Theories foundation. Firstly the related concept of the incentive system is defined, and then is the overview of the domestic and international research.Chapter 3: Analysis of the present condition and problems of the state-owned banks.Chapter 4: Set out from the definition of the stock option, introduced the development and successful experience of the stock option. Joining together the actual condition of our country, the thesis thinks that we should put the stock option in practice in state-owned commercial banks.Chapter 5: From the creation, development and experience of the employee stock ownership plan, the thesis puts forward the standpoint that we can put the employee stock ownership plan in practice in our state-owned commercial banks.Chapter 6: Conclusion.
