Research On Evaluation System Of Commissioned Responsibility Audit To State-Owened Enterprise Leaders

The state-owned enterprises leaders have newer and higher requirements as we have access to the World Trade Organization and have the aim to be built a harmonious society. Economy, politics, culture and society were developed well in a harmonious society. It is a whole harmonious society between human and human, human and society, human and nature. The audit to enterprise leaders should adapt to this new environment change, and to be reform and innovation. Through in-depth analysis the historic background of economic responsibility audit and the root reason of economic responsibility audit to enterprise leaders, we use for reference foreign-related theoretical and practical experience. In connection with the actual situation that the audit to the enterprise leaders; the concept of commissioned responsibility audit is advanced. Commissioned responsibility audit is developed from economic responsibility audit.In this paper, to standardize research-based, empirical research supplement. After the study, we summarize research results of different scholars at home and abroad, ensure content of commissioned responsibility audit. We describe the research object of commissioned responsibility, audit function and other issues. According to the contents of commissioned responsibility audit, we design relevant index, and evaluate enterprise leaders by comprehensive evaluation methods. It is given detail expound on comprehensive evaluation system, the sort and the principle of index, design of weight issues and so on. By comprehensive evaluation methods, we can give a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation to enterprise leaders. Based on discussing and analyzing the relevant issues to the state-owned enterprises leaders at this stage, we hope that it will be benefit to the economic responsibility audit of enterprises leaders.
