Research On Performance Evaluation Of Power Plants Based On Sustainable Development View

This paper, based on the well known research achievements and following certain index devising principles, has reconstructed a thermo generation enterprise performance evaluation system from the perspective of sustainable development, regarding the characteristics of thermo power generation enterprises and fully considering their economical profits and social profits. The performance evaluation system constructed in this paper has adopted Delphi Method and AHP Method to decide the weight of each index in order to avoid the deficiencies of single subjective scoring method and decide the importance of each index objectively. By dozens of investigations, this paper has gained scientific and dependable data to conduct empirical analysis, in the process of which data handling and the outcome of final evaluation value are elaborated step by step. This method is easy to do and simple to be applied to practice.
