1.outline and main questions in the second filiale of XINBAO Home Appliance CompanyXINBAO Home Appliance Company is the holding company of GUANGDONG DONLIM GROUP. It has"donlim"as its core innate brand and is specialized in the production, research and development of small household electrical appliance such as heating canteen, toaster, hand mixer, each kind of food processor and relative production sets. It uses the cost, the technical and the scale leading as competition strategy all along and concentrates throughout the global small household electrical appliances market. There are more than 10 factories belonging to DONLIM GROUP, which has more than 15000 people as staff, more than 400000 square meters as workshop area. It's a pluralistic and multiple private enterprise group limited company that researches, develops, produces and sales products. The second filiale is one of four filiales of XINBAO Home Appliance Company.The root causes which make the limited development and bottleneck of management are:⑴indifferent mind about the informationization,⑵unperfected internal organization,⑶lack of the professional informationization staff,⑷incomplete flow. So now, in order to make the second filiale bright future and maintain its competitive power, we have to introduce the ERP system and rebuilt the outdated flow.2.the core function of ERPERP means the enterprise resources plan. It refers to that basing on the establishment of information technology and using the management thought of modern enterprise, integrates all resources information comprehensively and provides a omnidirectional and systematized management platform of decision-making, plan, control and management appraisal.ERP is a management information integration which faces the supply and demand chain. Besides the function with manufacture, supply and sales, and finance, which belong to the traditional MRPⅡsystem, there are more functions in ERP, such as the transportation management and stock management (there are transportation and stock management questions in each link of offering, produce and need in the supply and demand chain) which are supporting the distribution system. It also supports the online analysis processing, the post-sale service and the quality feedback. So the leadership can grasp the market demand in time and correctly.3.the implementation method of ERP introductionThe precondition of success implementation of ERP system is the correct guiding ideology. It's a cooperated result between the appropriate software and the effective implementation method.Use the partition implementation and point-to-area method to introduce the ERP system. So the system operators and leaders of company would be glad to see the successful staggered result and feel bright foreground of item.Leadership of second filiale and the system operators all play an important role in the introduction of ERP system. After the practice of ERP, the leadership can grasp the extremely precise data at anytime and anywhere. Basing on these precise data, he can make the corrective decision. Therefore, the leadership is the biggest beneficiary of practice of ERP. On the other hand, the attitude on ERP from leadership is very important in the process of introduction. The system operators are basic staff. If the reform can not obtain the approval from the basic staff, we will not treat it as the true reform. So if you want the introduction successful, you should do well in the relative work among the basic system operators.4.implementation and application of ERP system in the second filiale of XINBAO Home Appliance CompanyIn order to get rid of the bottleneck of existing management and enhance the existing efficiency, it's the most effective method to introduce the ERP system.Our introduction of ERP system can be divided into 6 stages:⑴Demand investigation and study and analysis stage;⑵System shaping stage;⑶System preparatory stage;⑷System trial-practice stage;⑸System comprehensive practice stage;⑹System self-criticism and acceptance phase. It costs us one year to introduce the system successfully.In order to make the introduction successful and smooth, under the leadership of general manager, each services group carries on the restoration to the existing flow according to the guiding ideology of ERP system.Generally speaking, the enterprise management mainly includes the following 3 aspects: production control (plan, manufacture), distribution management (retailing, purchase, stock management) and financial control (accounting, financial control). However, the practice of ERP system mainly concentrates in these 3 aspects.In the production control aspect, the main application module includes: Host productive plan, material demand plan, ability demand plan, workshop control and manufacture standard.In the distribution management aspect, the main application module includes: The sales order management, the stock controls and the purchases management.In the financial control aspect, the main application module includes: The general ledger module, should collect debts the module, the accounts payable module, the fixed asset calculation module.In the financial control aspect, the main application module includes: The general ledger module, the collect debts module, the payable accounts module, the fixed asset calculation module.The introduction and application of different modules bring the new impact to the system operators.
