Under the modern environment which is getting more and more complicated and diversified and the technical skills getting more and more matured, along with the modern project organization's development, the traditional bureaucrat level organization has already declined; the crosswise compatible team becomes more and more important regarding to the effective project management. It needs to compose different need, different organization unit, and different individuals with specialized background to a highly effective, condensational, positive and devotional team.The appearance of teams in organizations is the result requested by the organization which adapts to the fast changing environment,"the team is one of the best methods and a highly effective organization deals with environmental variation". Big companies like IBM, GE, AT&T and so on, have over a hundred teams. At the same time, in order to adapt to the request in which the environment changes unceasingly, many enterprises start to move to organize teams toward the cooperation, thus presented some cross-organizational team between the enterprise, for example Boeing in the plane developing processes of 777 passenger plane, has set up 235 teams successively, the majority of teams are (including Airline) the personnel that are composed together by the Boeing personnel and other companies, they are engaged in the design and the airplanes manufacture work of the new type separately, these teams are the cross -organizational teams.The project team is the team which establishes for the effective implementation of project adaptation. The project management inevitably has to construct the project team. Project management's development in our country mostly got up early and stems from the 1960s, until now, the experience which the project team constructs unceasingly is getting richer and richer, the theory has been developing unceasingly, the project team management pattern has been consummating unceasingly, which tends to be more scientific and highly effective. But, our project team management has very large disparity to the West.The efficiency of some project's team management is low, even affects the project completion as scheduled. Which project team management pattern should we adopt? What is the basis for the choice of the pattern of project team management? Which team management pattern is highly effective? How to implement the original spirit of enterprise in the project? These questions need to be replied in the project management practice.This paper explores project team management pattern which has our own characteristic through studying the project team management pattern in greasy dirt detoxification processing and the converting into resources use project application practice of the Lida Industrial Corporation of Triumph Group. From the aspects like the development cycle of the project, project team's achievements management, obtaining the project team culture and so on, the paper constructs a team management pattern which is suit to the greasy dirt project. These have also provided the experience for the team management of the project of the Triumph Group.Triumph Group is Daqing Petroleum Administrative bureau's diversified management unit, in which the new project are many, so the crosswise compatible team becomes more and more important regarding to the effective project management. It needs to compose such items like the different need, the different organization unit, and the different specialized background individual to a highly effective, condensational, positive and devotional team. The greasy dirt project date from January, 2007, plans to be completed on July 1; 2008.It has produced the very good results According to the project team management pattern movement which the present paper elaborated. The project progresses in time, the team members are full of vigor, the working zeal is very high, the member cooperates happily, and the project has entered the conclusion stage now, and will hand over the completed work scheduled according to the quality requirement.The paper elaborated the theory basis of team management pattern's project, discussed the project cycle, the achievements management, the tremendous role the project team culture playing to the construction of the high achievements project management team.The present paper is divided into four parts, starts the part is the introduction part, briefing research work's goal, scope, rationale and analysis, anticipated result and significance and so on.The first chapter introduced the project team management pattern's rationale, mainly has the responsibility which, the project team member's responsibility, the project team's movement, the project team's definition, the characteristic, the lead of project team. It introduced the project team movement's essential methods and the steps, namely the determination team rules and regulations, earning the controlling section's support, the establishment of the team operation foundation, the explicit team behavior standards. The second chapter introduced team management pattern's establishment and the movement the greasy dirt project survey and the characteristic through the dirt greasy dirt use project. The project team achievements management is the method, the project team culture is the foundation. The project is unique, disposable, the project team does not construct the universally applicable standard mode, when must act according to the project characteristic acts as circumstances permit, the choice suits own project characteristic the project team management pattern, this has only then grasped the project team management essence. Did well the project team management, the project success also had the human resources guarantee. Therefore, the organization, the project superintendents want to pay great attention to do well the project team management.
