In the early years, Human beings are difficult to realize the resources exhausting because of the low level of technology, limited knowledge of the nature and the abundant nature resources. They gradually understood the importance of nature resources with the development of economy. The problem between resources and environment became one of the hotspots in the world. We can divide the nature resources into two parts, one is exhaustible resources, another is renewable resources. The former can be named as limited resources, which is fix-quantity and can't be compensated if exhausted or used up. Apparently, growth with exhaustible resource is an important item in the economic growth theory.Land, Labor and Capital are the basic production factors in the economy. This thesis chooses land resource as a representation of exhaustible resources when analyzing the growth with exhaustible resources. I put the land variable into the economic growth model, and analyze its effect in economic growth. Structure of the article:The part of the foreword has introduced the theory of economic growth, and meanings and methods of the selected title briefly.Chapter one is about the general theory of economic growth with exhaustible resources. Basing on the model before, I take China as an example, do the empirical analysis of the relationship between land resource and economic growth in China according to two points of view, one is urban land, the other is cultivated land.Chapter four is about the analysis of institutional economics on land factor. I analyze the effect of land institution in economic growth in the view of institutional economics. What's more, I refer to the land institution of our country, analyze the relationship between economic growth and land system after the reform of opening, then check up the feasibility of the model. The last part is about the enlightenment of our country from this theory.
