The Research And Implementation Of Optimal Design Of Ship Panel Line

The Shipbuilding panel production line is the special equipment for making ship panel block. Now it is used widely in large shipyard over the world.This thesis presents in detail about the panel production line's layout, the function design of each work station, technical process design, the selection of manufacturing equipments, auxiliary equipments and work site and so on.The designed panel production line use a lot of advanced automatic equipments and high efficiency welding machine tools, and equipped with high precision gantry cutting machine, FCB one side welding machine, automatic vertical welding gantry and advance web pulling technical process.According to the merits and demerits of panel line of SWS and that of other domestic and abroad shipbuilding yard, the phaseⅡpanel production line of SWS has been optimized design.This new panel line can produce 120 pieces panel plate and 60 pieces panel block every month.After the fully implementation this new panel line, SWS'throughput will be over 400 ton. It will be one of the top shipyard all over the world.
