The Research On The Internal Control In The Foreign Trade Company

With the further development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition coming from the international market. Imports and exports trade will increase gradually. The importance of foreign trade company is more and more conspicuous. In order to increase the competition for foreign trade company in international market, we must enhance the construction of internal control system and come close to the standard of internationalization.It is the basic work to enhance the internal control in company and ensure the company development. Based on the review of the development course of internal control, this paper unscramble and introduce "The Management ofRisk in the company------The Integrated Framework" up to the minute, andanalysis the advancements of the new framework compared with the old ones, we know that the new framework began to pay more attention to the whole risk control, and introduce it into the internal control. By the contrast foreign trade company with the common one, we summarized the problems of construction and implement of interior control system in foreign company, and put forward the pertinent suggestions from the angle the risk management. In the last, we took the Anshan Wanao Refractory Material Co., Ltd. as the example to establish the internal control system according to the Integrated Framework.
