Study On Financing Strategy Of Enterprise For Financial Sustainable Growth

The research on financing strategy has always been the emphasis and difficulty of the study on enterprise finance. The existed research results at home and abroad mainly concentrate on the measurement and calculation of the financing amount, the characteristics and choice of the financing channels, as well as the relationship between the financing structure and enterprise value, but seldom discuss systematically the relationship between the financing strategy and financial sustainable growth of enterprise.The thesis mainly approaches the financing strategy systematically from the angle of financial sustainable growth. It first introduces the model of financial sustainable growth and the classical financing theory, reveals the positive connection between sustainable growth and financing, and on this basis brings forward the new financing target, namely financing ability of sustainable growth. Based on the financing target, it puts forward the view and method of the financing strategy for financial sustainable growth: in terms of the viewpoint, it holds that the enterprise's financing strategy should mainly consider the request of financial sustainable growth, improve operating efficiency to gain more endogenous funds, at the same time, arrange reasonable and adjust timely the financing structure; in terms of the method, it puts forward the financing decision-making method and financing structure's optimization route of the sustainable growth. At the end of this thesis, it introduces the application of the financing strategy for financial sustainable growth on the basis of the abovementioned theory: taking our country's agricultural listed companies as example, on one hand, it raises the sensitive analysis method of the financing strategy for financial sustainable growth, in order to be helpful for the manager to grasp financing emphasis; on the other hand, it analyzes the existing problems in financing of our country's agricultural listed companies from the perspective of the sustainable growth, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.The whole thesis takes the theory study as breach, and inflects to application analysis; stresses on the standard research with the explanation of statistics data, and makes every effort to form an entire system.
