Application Research On Multi-dimensional Auction In E-procurement

E-procurement is a kind of procurement based on internet. Its base is the internet technology and some of the information technology. At the same time, it uses the reverse auction as its method. But the one dimension auction on price can't satisfy the complex procurement requirement now. So this thesis proposes the multiple dimension auction models on E-procurement.At the beginning of the thesis is the basic theory, which is the basic concept and theory of E-procurement and Multiple Dimension Auction. And it analysis the research status of Multiple Dimension Auction used in E-procurement.The main content of this thesis is focused on three parts:The first part is the business process improving of E-procurement on multidimensional auction. It uses the theory of Business Process Improving. The improvements are followed from the basic e-procurement processes to the general business processes of multi-dimensional online auction. It analyses the demand of the business process improving. At last, it designs the multi-dimensional, electronic procurement auction process.The second part is designing of the multidimensional auction mechanism on E-procurement. The author designs an English multidimensional auction for the E-procurement. First it analyses the elements of auction designing and the status quo of the research on multidimensional online auction mechanism. It analyses the limited applicability of current used sealed auction. At last,. it designs the electronic procurement multidimensional British auction mechanism.The third part is the decision model of successful bidder. First, it analyses the existing decision-making methods and the design principle of decision-making model. In order to avoid the subjectivity of weighting set, and make model closer to reality, the thesis uses fuzzy AHP law to design the weight of decision-making model for single successful bidder and extend the model to multiple model.The author applies and analysis the model in the E-procurement of hospital supplies. It analyses the case of multi-dimensional auction in E-procurement. It designs the multi-dimensional medical procurement auction trading system and analyses the weight settings of the attributes.At last, the author summaries the whole thesis and prospects the further studies of the E-procurement oriented multidimensional auction model.
