And besides, some problems has been stated which covers EHS and service fields for chemical logistics industry through the analysis of status of chemical logistics chain.Furthermore, the brief introduction of ISO TANK will be stated as follows as well as the strength, features, competitive status of ISO TANK will be described, which also covers the competitive status of ISO TANK business such as lease, multi-model transportation, and so on. By the analysis of historic and industry of ISO TANK, the positioning of ISO TANK in chemical logistics fields has been stated clearly.Lastly, based on analysis above and operation of A corporation and evaluating of the former competition policy, the aim of this thesis is to modify and make marketing strategy and detailed sales schedule accordingly as per the requirement of laws and policy of nation government and trend of liquid chemical logistics market so as to cultivate the core competition ability of A corporation on ISO TANK transportation and logistics.
