Research On The Online Payment Mode

The existing online payment system of our country is plunged into the many difficulties such as the choke point of the trans-bank payment, multi-payment gateway, multi-criterion of the interface, different trade process and security certification process, client fund in float, tax evasion, money laundering and so on. It is not able to combine and utilize the abundant system resource and client resource of the modern payment and settlement system of the bank system, and satisfy the demand of developing e-commerce and the individuation service to the user and relevant management organization. The online payment becomes a choke point of the evolution of e-commerce in our country.This thesis points out that lack of suitable online payment mode is the main reason that the e-commerce in our country, especially the B2B and B2C, is developing difficultly.And the union-bank online payment mode we constructed here is a leading mode which is just needed in our country, it will certainly solve the chock point which blocks the development of the e-commerce effectively.The main point of this thesis includes the following parts:First, it researches on the relevant theories about online payment mode. Researches on such theories as some basic concepts about online payment, online payment industry value chain, business mode and E-business mode, and puts forward the basic factors of studying online payment mode.Second, it researches on the existing online payment business mode of China. The existing online payment mode of China includes: e-bank online payment gateway mode, the third party online payment mode and uniform online payment gateway mode. This thesis analyzes these three online payment business modes with these aspects of online payment flow, customer value, target customer and market, source of revenue (profit pattern) and the position of each mode in the industry value chain. Then systematically analyzes the existing matters of these modes.Third, it researches on constructing the leading online payment mode. Aware of the limitation of the existing online payment, this thesis puts forward constructing a leading online payment mode—union-bank online payment(UBOP)mode. It definite the leading online payment mode; designs the organization character of UBOP center; constructs the basic structure of UBOP, then analyzes the matter that this new mode can resolve.Forth, researches on the realization of UBOP mode. The most advantage of the UBOP is to offer trans-bank online payment service. For the domestic e-business trade, the clearing of trans-bank pay capital needs the CNAPS (China National Automation Payment System) to transmit clearing message and realize settlement. So this thesis analyzes the realization mechanism of trans-bank payment of the UBOP mode.The innovation points include:(1) Puts forward the basic factors of studying online payment mode.(2) Systematically analyzes the existing online payment mode with the theory of business mode.(3) Constructs a leading online payment mode—union-bank online payment (UBOP) mode.
