Studies On The Construction Of Rice Agrichain In Jiansu Agribusiness

China is a country in the world that the production and consumption number of rice was greatest. Rice production has developed into a new stage, with the updating rice varieties and improving the cultivation techniques. At the same time, the weakness of rice production has been appeared. The problems were followed: natural disaster frequently occurred, market risk is numerous and complication, farmers could not increase their income with the bumper harvest. The pressure of food consumption demand and population increase was grown day by day. The contradiction of demand and supply for production resource was more outstanding. The rice production was lack of competition.The interior and exterior environmental factors that influence the process of construction of rice agrichain in Jiangsu agribusiness were investigated and analysed in this paper. The strategy of construction of rice Agrichain of Jiangsu agribusiness was determined with SWOT model. Author suggested the idea that fully utilizing the advantage of Jiangsu agribusiness and state farms on large-scale, setting up rice produced base, enhancing force of introduction and extending on advanced techniques, improving the level in rice production and management. Jiangsu agribusiness rice limited cooperation was put on the leading enterprise to adopt the vertical integrative strategy of construction of rice production chain. Rice production was intensively strengthened with adjustment and optimization, and was into industrialization, then, the rice agrichain was prolonged. The market share and the advantage were continually developed by Jiangsu agribusiness rice industry.The organization pattern of Jiangsu agribusiness rice agrichain associated practice was discussed in this paper. The results were suggested that the chain need to establish base of rice product through rice association as agency, upbuild industry chain pattern of "enterprise + association or base + farmer", improve supply steps management in the chain pattern, form quality management system and sell-buy management system to adapt supply chain management, establish equal and trustful information communication and management system and sound benefit distributed system, and intensively construct rice industry culture. The modern construction system of rice agrichain with the trait of Jiangsu agribusiness was formed.The proposals were tabled in the construction of Jiangsu agribusiness rice agrichain, which should include standardizing construction of productive base, toning up the service system, exerting the driving function of leading enterprises, improving the organization of rice industrialization, upbuilding system of benefit safeguard, enhancing duty voluntariness of taches in rice industrial chain, and trying for government support.
