The Study Of Core Competitiveness Oriented Performance Evaluation System

In an increasingly competitive market,corporate culture,innovation, knowledge have become the key factor of sustainable growth of the enterprises. To get sustainable competitive advantage ,the enterprise must have the core competitiveness which is difficult to imitate or exceed by its competitors .so, nurture and maintain the core competitiveness of an enterprise become the strategic management focus. As the subsystems of the strategic management system, the traditional performance evaluation which focuses on the financial achievement has been unable to meet such an environment and management changes. Thus performance evaluation should go with the strategic management of the enterprises, the strategic objectives of core competitiveness should become the starting point and destination of performance evaluation; to form a performance evaluation index system of core competitiveness oriented and the financial and non-financial indicators organic combination, reflecting the overall performance and competitive advantage.This paper begins with the discussion on the theories foundation of core competitiveness oriented performance evaluation. Then we analyze the important factors of nurture, maintain, develop and apply the core competitiveness, and on this basis we build the basic framework of the core competitiveness - oriented performance evaluation. In this basic framework, we design the evaluation index of the core competitiveness -oriented performance appraisal system, confirm the relevant evaluation criteria and take AHP evaluation methods, give the overall evaluation of enterprise performance. Finally, we put this evaluation system in practical use.The core competitiveness oriented performance appraisal system takes the cultivation and maintain of the enterprises core competitiveness and the sustainable development of the enterprises as its direction ,thinking that the enterprise culture, the spirit of innovation, financial performance, human resources, internal business processes and the external environment will become the key factor to influence the enterprise's core competitiveness, then take it as the basic evaluation of performance valuation. Perfect and expand the traditional performance evaluation system.
