Human resource management is an important part in organization management, which plays a dominant role in every enterprise. It has special significance especially for our modern commercial aviation development.With the fast development of the economy of our country and the improvement of our living standard in recent years, our civil aviation industry has also been developed and the air flow has grown a lot. Been one of the three professional props of civil aviation industry, our Air Traffic Management Bureau takes the responsibility of safeguard the flights and accelerate the air flow. Therefore, the growing number of flights requires the improvement of our air traffic control service and the capability of operation management. The present mode of operation management is obviously outdated and the improvement and innovation urgently needed.This article has made a thorough analysis and research to the background of human resource management in modern air traffic control industry system, and gives a detailed description of the importance and the constitution of the human resource management, regarding to the process and the method in modern commercial aviation air traffic management system. In order to solve all the existing problems and take all the advantages of the present situation, the author analyzed the present human resource management system in aviation industry and provided a reasonable way to follow which could change the present system and benefits both the enterprise and the employees. The idea reasonably absorbs the experience from advanced overseas aviation industry and could closely relate to our commercial aviation air traffic control management, and provide high efficiency to our modernizations. |
