A Research On The Stratagem Of Transformating Hubei Institute Of Chemistry Into Enterprises

With the reformation in science and technology system deeply processing in our country,transformating the scientific institutes into enterprises has become an emphases.Accordingly the nation and correlative provincs established the programmings and favourable policies,listed the experimental units,and ordained the time limit.For the moment,the institute of science and technology have entered into the key period of the transformation into enterprise.Under the circumstances, first of all, this thesis gives a general introduction of Hubei Institute of Chemistry and comes up with the problems related to conduct the strategic orientation in the transformation of the system of this institute. Secondly, the thesis illustrates the general principles of the strategic management of the enterprises, by which it builds up the framework of the strategic orientation in the transformation of the institute. Meanwhile, it explores the thought of scanning the external environment and the scheme of evaluating the external strategic elements in the course of the transformation of the institute. It also exerts a research on the scheme of evaluating the internal resources and the internal strategic elements of the institute. Thirdly, it puts forth a matrix of the strategic orientation in the transformation of such developing institutes and makes an empirical analysis of it, combining with the factual situation in the institute. On the basis of all these theories, finally, the author proposes the suggestion about the strategic performance of the transformation into the enterprise in Hubei Institute of Chemistry.
