Varieties of modem retail trades have greatly expanded in China, and the management mode of the chain has gradually become the main business mode of the retailing market for its distinct predominance in the market competition.Performance reflects the achievements, benefits and efficiency of the devotion and the output in production. Enterprise performance evaluation of investment decision-making is to evaluate the efficiency and achievement of the investment decision that the manager made. Then they could compare the performance with that of their competitor and adjust their strategy of investment to accord with the enterprise development stratagem, enhancing the core competence of enterprise.The paper firstly introduced the significance and intention of the research. Then the paper summarized the status in quo of detail enterprise performance in country and the technology of data mining, and pointed out the two shortages of the research in this field: the first, the flexibility of the general measurement index system of detail enterprise performance evaluation is not enough; the second, there are few researches in the methods of comprehensive performance evaluation of detail enterprise in country and abroad. On this groundwork, the paper introduced the comprehensive detail performance evaluation system based on Data Mining technology, and also introduced the use of data warehouse, data exchanging, outlier analysis, BP neural networks and framework of the system. The paper gave an example to validate the system of comprehensive evaluation. The system of comprehensive detail performance evaluation in computer offered an powerful tool for the enterprise executive. |
