A Study On The ERP Project Deploy Of The Telephone Company Of T Group

The 21th century is the age of information. For the globe economic unification revving up and immense increase of information, all enterprises have been forced to choose the way of information management. ERP system, being used now in enterprises, has already become an important measure to remake enterprises' management medium and to realize enterprises' information management for promoting enterprises' core competition. As a main body of society, small and medium enterprise acts as a very important role in national economy. Its digitalization level influences the digitalization level of the whole country severely.This thesis is a research on the ERP project deploy problems in small and medium enterprise of China with the case of the telephone company of T Group. Firstly, the thesis introduces the basic fundament of ERP and it's growing history, and discusses the management idea of the ERP from three aspects in produce management,management and cost management; Secondly, the thesis introduces briefly about the characteristics of Chinese ERP market, structure of customs, characteristics of suppliers, analyse the typical ERP production of the domestic and foreign suppliers at the same time. Thirdly, the thesis, based on the case of the telephone company of T Group, introduces the company and the business flow, the background of the ERP project, and the basis modules of the ERP project; Finally, introduces the structure of the ERP project work group and the development and deploy process of the ERP project, analyse the result of the ERP project.ERP system oriented to small and medium enterprise is an open, dynamic and flexible information system. The research of integrated and high-powered ERP system oriented to small and medium enterprise has great significance. But the thesis does not discuss the support on the enterprise decision-making of the ERP due to lack of the related experiences.
