Research On Evaluation Of The Technological Capability Of Innovation For The Enterprises Of Automobile Of Anhui Province Based On The Theory Of Evidence

With our country's evolution of reformation and development, the technological innovation has become more and more important. The automobile industry, as the backbone of Chinese economical development, has taken a very important role in promoting national economy. Anhui province is the only one that possesses two independent brands in China, and the automobile industry has realized leaping development since "10^th Five-year Plan" has existed; however, most of the enterprises still lack the core technology, on which they can rely for developing in a long term. Thereby, they must pay attention to enhancing the innovation capability of technology, find and solve the problems on the basis of making estimate on the innovation capability of technology, and perfect such capability. In such a way, the sustainable development of automobile industry of Anhui province will be realized.Firstly, the article analyzes many latest fruits about the relative theories of technological innovation and the capability of it, establish the guideline system of technology innovation capability of automobile industry that according to the developing status of automobile in Anhui province, Besides, we establish the estimating model for technology innovation capability with citing the disposal method of the theory of evidence, and on the basis of expatiating the basic concept and character, we do research on synthesizing evidence and the approach of obtaining the trust value, and adopt the way of determining the nature of ration index. Finally, make scientific and reasonable conclusions on the basis of demonstration. This article firmly fastens the technology innovation theory and the analyzing way of evidence theory, follows the basic route of theory—demonstration—analysis, does comprehensive and embedded research on six automobile manufacturing enterprises of Anhui province, on the basis of which above, some countermeasure and suggestion have been brought forward. Accordingly, this article bears theoretical and realized meanings to a certain extent.
