Research On BSS Construction Of China Unicom Anhui Branch For 3G

The telecom service providers provide clients end-to-end communication service through network operation. Supporting system is the base of enterprise management automation, It is also helpful for expanding market and improving service quality.Along with the aggravation of market competition, China Unicom Anhui Brach is facing with more and more pressures. On the one hand, the internal pressure of cost pressure is greater and the promulgation of Saipan Si bill also makes stricter request for internal cost control. On the other hand, with commercial service of 3G approach gradually, the variety of the service brings the variety of the business pattern, which request support system to be more suitable and facil.Currently, the business support system of China Unicom Anhui Branch primarily focuses on the basic business process flow, which is not competent for new telecom services. So, upgrade of current business supporting system is very urgent.This dissertation firstly introduces the characteristic of 3G service, and analyses the 3G technology's effect to support system. Then, we analyses China Unicom Anhui brach's business support system. At last, the dissertation made the detail dissection and design to each key unit of business support system.
