This paper applied the theory of corporate culture to the practice of Jilin Jinmao Group. According to the corporate culture theory, I analyses and identify the attribute of the existing corporate cultures of Jilin Jinmao Group, and the goal of this paper is to refine and build a great corporate culture for Jilin Jinmao Group. I also argue the implementation of the goal culture of Jilin Jinmao Group.In chapter one, after introducing Jilin Jinmao Group, including the development of the Group and its business scope, I reviewed the corporate culture theories and develop the Normal distribution theory of corporate culture. Using the tool developed above, I identify and analysis the culture status of Group's corporate culture. According to the information collected, the author found that the current Jilin Jinmao Group's corporate culture is lack of a stronger mainstream culture. There are lots of problems in the current culture of the Group, such as, misunderstanding of corporate culture; mismatching between enterprises nature, environment and the strategy between strategy; organizational behavior problems, such as the group's structure, and incentive system.In chapter 2, the author refined Jilin Jinmao Group's goal corporate culture, including corporate vision, enterprises'mission, the core values, management philosophy, organizational behavior and culture. According to the business scope and development strategies of the Group, the Group's corporate mission should be defined as: building a better home. The operation model of the Group should be Core-related-Diversified; construction business should be the core. After construct Jilin Jinmao Group's corporate mission and vision of positioning, I think Jilin Jinmao Group should uphold the core values of the following: As a construction enterprise, enterprises should adhere to the quality of life values; Moreover, as technology and labor-intensive enterprises, it should insist to concerning every staff; According to the competitive environment and entrepreneurial excellence Road, the group should pursued speed and efficiency as the core value; Finally, as a responsible enterprise, in the social returns from community attitudes, Jilin Jinmao Group should also adhere to the social responsibility of enterprises.In discussing of the business ideas and the concept of management, first corporate philosophy of management changes was analyzed. According to the management human nature assumptions change, current management philosophy has completed the change from the control slavery attention, respect to understanding people and then to building a harmonious system.Compared with other management philosophy, in a harmonious system management philosophy, corporate management methods and technologies were essentially different from others. So to build a harmonious system, Jilin Jinmao Group should continue to be learning and innovation, insist quality - cost control, and guarantee interests of employees. In refining the Organizational culture of Jilin Jinmao Group, the author believe that the Group should carry out a thorough reorganization, the enterprise information transfer mode should upload to a information impulse response conduction mode, and establish long-term relationships with external organizations, such as supply chain system. In addition, the author gave out eight principles of the code of behavior conduct of Jinmao Group. In the end of this chapter, the author establishes a Tai Chi incentive system for Jilin Jinmao Group according to Collins.In the part of implementation of Jilin Jinmao Group cultural building, the author gives out principles of implementation, which is consistent with the goal corporate missions and values, for example, rules-oriented, system thinking, Innovation, details orientation, team-oriented, continuous improvement-oriented, and so on. On the implementation of the enterprise culture, the author first give out the overall corporate culture building steps, there are establish the cultural construct team; confirmed the driving and resistance force of culture changes; printed materials and document distribution; and finally spreading. Then the author analyses the implementation of Jilin Jinmao Group cultural building step by step, including the long run planning, medium-term planning and short-term planning.The fourth chapter of the paper argues the prerequisite and conditions of Jinmao Group corporate culture changes and the focus points of the implementation and its evaluation. The critical conditions for successful change dependent on the leadership role at different stages. Staff support is also a critical condition for successful culture change and human resource is the most important factor in firms. The focus points of culture implementation are culture non-portability and the "autonomous development", and integration of cultural construction and management mechanism, and finally the deep mining of the core of culture.
