To build a well-operated, canonical and competitive enterprise system, first of all, we should build a rationalized and modern personnel managing system. Building a team of specialized persons who have well-knit theories, abundant professional experiences and consummate techniques is of great importance,and the kernel of the human activities lies on the construct of motivation mechanism for professional talented people. X Company is a large-scale state enterprise which is subjected to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).Due to the impact of traditional personnel system; there are still some imperfections which need to be perfected. So it is significant to investigate the construction of motivation mechanism for the building of specialized working team of X Company.Up to now, a great deal of domestic and foreign motivation theories have laid great foundations for perfection of personnel system for X Company. Above all, the thesis discusses the essentiality of the motivation mechanism. Then, the thesis analysis the existing problems on the macro level, while analyzing the current enterprise strategy, salary and motivating means on the micro level. Guided by motivation theories of modern management, the thesis discusses the strategies on how to perfect the motivation mechanism of X Company. Last bust not least, the countermeasure on the imperfections of X Company motivation mechanism for professional talented people are stated.The thesis consists of five Chapters. Chapter One makes a brief introduction about the environment of X Company motivation mechanism,defining the concept and basic resorts of motivation. Chapter Two analyzes the present state of X Company motivation mechanism. Chapter Three focuses on the problems and obstacles that X Company existing motivation mechanism. Chapter Four expatiates how to strengthen and perfect X Company motivation mechanism systematically, i.e. how to improve the scientific research employee incentive mechanism, link rewards to performance closely, and establish the corporation culture. Chapter Five is the conclusion which summarizes how to carry on X Company motivation mechanism.
