Research On The Mechanism And Mode Of Mutually Fund Cooperation Among Peasants In Wuhan City

The 'Three-Agricultural' Problems, which refer to the Problems of Agriculture, Rural Areas and Peasants, have become a hot topic in China in recent years, and they also have become the Most Important Work of the Chinese government. The development of the rural economy, the increase in the income of the peasants and the constructing of the Harmonious Rural Community, all these goals can not be achieved without the support of the Rural Finance.With the development of Country Market Economy and Multiple Operation since the reform and opening, peasants' demand for loan capital has increase dramatically. In some rural areas in Chinese, there already exist various kinds of mutually fund cooperations among peasants. Based on questionnaire and interview, this paper describes the mechanism and mode of mutually fund cooperation among peasants in Wuhan City.This paper contains six parts. The first part explains the purpose of the study, the current research works both at home and abroad and the method used. The second part describes current situation of mutually fund cooperations among peasants in Wuhan City. The following seven indicators are used: the frequency of mutually debit and credit; the amount of the fund; the degree of satisfaction; the main objects; the usage of the fund; the interest rate of the fund and the term of the fund. The third part studies in-depth the various mechanism and principles of mutually fund cooperations. The fourth part examines the typical modes of mutually fund cooperations among peasants. The fifth part analyses the advantages and disadvantages. The sixth part puts forward some proposes.
