The Study Of Agricultural Industry Clusters Mechanism

The agricultural industry clusters is an effective economic development strategy in the new market economy conditions, it is a new forms of industrial organization, which improving agricultural productivity and enhancing the competitive advantage of agricultural produce. A comprehensive and accurate understanding of the agricultural industry clusters operating rules and mechanism is a prerequisite to make the correct agricultural industry clusters development strategy.Firstly, two of the essence of the concept of clusters are discussed from the different definitions of industry clusters in this paper, and combining the characteristics of agriculture, we define the agricultural industry clusters scientifically and reasonably, and summed up the characteristics of the agricultural industry clusters.Secondly, we analyze the mechanism of agricultural industry clusters in four aspects, in which including the specialized division of labor and cooperation, social capital, network morphology and evolution and geographical advantages. We discuss the specialized division of labor and cooperation, social capital, network morphology and evolution from the law of economic activities of the economic mainstay in the agricultural industry clusters. There is a certain logic between the specialized division of labor and cooperation, social capital, network morphology and evolution,which keep the agricultural industry clusters functioning smoothly and effectively: Specialization and collaboration is the basis and premise to form the agricultural industry clusters; Social capital makes the network effect of the agricultural industry clusters playing; Operating of the network of the agricultural industry clusters effectively will promote the deepening of the division and expansion, and create a good conditions for social capital to be used effectively; which of all make the agricultural industry clusters become a self-reinforcing system. Geographical advantages is the external environment of the agricultural industry clusters operating, favorable geographical advantages is not only can make the production, which the agricultural industry clusters produced, obtain the advantages of the differences, which can't be imitated by the competitors, but also ensure that the ultimate value of the agricultural products to be implemented.Thirdly, we sum up the economic harvest of the agricultural industrialization which have implemented for many years in China, and combining the mechanism of agricultural industry clusters which we analyzed, to discuss the favorable conditions of developing the agricultural industry clusters in the terms of supply and the demand.Finally, we choice the successful agricultural industry clusters——Ramie cluster which in Xian'an of Hubei Province as a case, to tested ours conclusions. The conclusion of empirical analyze tell us that the mechanism of the agricultural industry clusters which we studied is correct.
