Marketizition of regional economy results in the market-oriented economic mechanism which allocating resources under market principles and enable enterprise to be the main part in market competition, all of which need powerful supports from the bank industry. Considering the inhomogeneous effect of bank on this procedure, it is necessary for us to discuss problems like which sorts of strategy should the bank industry chose during the marketizition so as to improve the maketizition.This paper chooses Northeast China as a paradigm , because in China, in this region the market is immature and the bank industry is developing in a high monopolization accompanied with poor efficiency, which shows huge disparity when being compared with vivid market economy in East China, and this underdevelopment of Northeast also hinders the whole course of national socialistle marketing. How to revivify the Northeast China is one of this paper's motivations .Correspondingly, the bank industry can supply perfect finance service to boost up support for marketizition by rational regional strategy, and the rational regional strategy can also improve both structure and performance of bank itself. When the bank enters a benign circle, it can obtain sustainable developing itself and can improve the course of marketizition of Northeast China, that means win-win, an ideal result .The reference theorys, models and analyses methods are the Regional Economics, the Finance, and the Statistics, and some other relatives. The structure is inferential and syllogistically. Firstly, researching the marketizition of the bank industry form both views of general judgement and regional analysis. Secondly, questioning the factors which can influence the bank's strategy, and specialising the influences given by regional effects of monetary policy from macroeconomics and the enterprice from microeconomics. Thirdly, analysing how can bank industry make its strategy during marketizition of regional economy further. Finally, according to revive Northeast China, discussing on problems like what kinds of role the bank industry played and what sorts of regional strategy can the bank industry choose during the marketizition of Northeast China, also gives feasible and rational suggestions on these problems according to the the results of the former study and analysis.
