Technology innovation is the high-tech enterprises of characteristic. It has been the guarantee of powerful competition. Technology innovation theory enters our country in the 70's, in the end of 80's becomes domestic research hotspot, while many research only stay around exploration stage, specialized research on high-tech enterprises in a certain province area have not yet seen the result so far , therefore, perfecting evaluation analysis on technology innovation of some concrete high-tech enterprises is an urgent task need deeply discussed in science and technology management, it is also the problem my thesis should solve.This text is on the basis of analyzing the technology innovation current situation and the existing problem of high-tech enterprises in the Liaoning province, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, through the appraisal of the technology innovation ability of high-tech enterprises, and propose the measure to promote the technology innovation ability. The main content that this includes:At first, discuss background and signification; Analyze the theory of technology innovation and technology innovation of the high-tech enterprises; Analyze the current situation and existing problem of innovation ability in high-tech enterprises of the Liaoning province; set up enterprise technological evaluation index system of innovation ability, and discuss the principle which should observe, make the final appraisement; Proposed a series of measures to improve the technology innovation ability of high-tech enterprises of the Liaoning province and offer relevant support environments.
