But with the deepening of the reform, the problem of financing structure, especially financing risk has been converged on Commercial bank and a large system risk has hidden in the whole financial market. China should develop many financing channels to improve direct financing ratio. At this time, the development of corporate bond market has become an urgent task.This essay, combined by theory and practice, comparison and logical inference, dramatic and static analyze, illustrates how enterprise bond market's developed in China. Firstly, this article simply introduced the theory of modern companies'financing. Then, under the instruction of this theory, it studied the differences between China's enterprise bond markets and American enterprise bond markets by comparison. After that, it analyzed the existing problems in our country's enterprise bond market in detail. In the end, it explored the reform of enterprise bond market to solve these existing problems, expanding the channels of financing for companies.
