In recent years, our country experienced the rapid growth in economy without any acute fluctuation. However, in some certain industry, the price stirred quickly which might be the instability factors of the macro-economy. Take the growing price of the real estate for example, especially in Yangtze-Delta. The great growing extent has aroused much more attention and the discussion about the bubbles in real estate. The authorities drew series policy to stabilize the price. As a significant constitution, the impact of interest policy cannot be ignored. The ups and downs in the passed years has proved this point.This paper expatiated about the interest theory and the function mechanism, then we analyzed the function of the real estate. Furthermore, we studied the mechanism which interest affect the real estate industry. We made the test using our country's data. At last, we made the conclusions. |
