The Research On The Mechanism, Influence And Countermeasures Of The Intra-firm Trade Of TNCs In China

Since the 1990s, China has become the largest country that accepts FDI among developing countries. At the same time, which TNCs entering China will bring about large-scale Intra-firm trade. The Intra-firm trade by TNCs contains all kinds of categories and such enormous magnitude, which has a tremendous impact on the economy of the host country and the world as a whole. Therefore, the study on the Intra-firm trade of TNCs in China, which mainly include realizing its mode of operation and analyzing its impact on our economy, is of great realistic significance.This thesis firstly analyses a typical case in order to introduce the mode of operation of Intra-firm trade from the microscopic point of view on the basis of theory of Intra-firm trade. Secondly, this thesis infers the existence and scale of the Intra-firm trade of TNCs in China from the angle of macroscopic point of view. To the existence, it indicates that the Intra-firm trade between the TNCs in China and their parent corporations and other subsidiaries is existent from their much operating performance; When analyzing the scale, this thesis concludes that the total scale of the Intra-firm trade and the scale of the FDI that China introduce from now on, correlates positively through the method of OLS by using related statistical data between China and the United States, which prove that the scale of Intra-firm trade of TNCs in China is huge. On the angle of meso, this thesis contrasts the situation of Intra-firm trade of the TNCs in China of different organization forms and the different industries, which gets a important conclusion that the degree of the Intra-firm trade of a industry correlates positively with the the degree of the scale and the inputs of R&D of a industry through the method of POLS with relevant statistical data between China and Japan. Therefore, we should strengthen the supervision to the Intra-firm trade of the enterprise which is easy to monopoly, all-hold and is being high-Tec in the future. On the basis of above analysis, this thesis analyses the impact on our economy of the Intra-firm trade of TNCs in China and proposes several suggestions, especially indicates that the multinational enterprises in China should learn from the development experience of Intra-firm trade of TNCs in China to develop the transnational business.
