As a non-renewable and rare resource, petroleum is strategically related to national economy revitalization and national economic security. The oil pricing mechanism, as the central part of the oil market economy, plays an important role in adjusting resources .In China, the price of crude oil has joint with the international market directly, but the finished oil price has lagged behind the international market for some time, which makes"The limited collection"oil system as Chinese special .It's not good for the reorganization of the circulation area and the stability of oil market. Besides, the oil monopoly enterprises transfer the consumers'welfare and seize the exceed benefit with their special administrative position so the relationship among the government, the oil enterprises and the consumers can't be adjusted very well. What's more, the oil price can't reflect effectively the rareness and the value of the resource. Reforming our oil pricing system, perfecting the relevant measures are the important ways to face the fluctuating international market, deal the related relationship and guarantee our oil security.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the oil price system ,this thesis discusses the fundamental way of revolution of the system by means of empirical and comparison analysis. Firstly, the thesis theoretically analyzes the oil market and oil price in use of related economical principles and studies the transformation of our pricing mechanism and its current state. Secondly, this thesis summarizes useful experiences on the oil price integration by comparison with international oil pricing system .And thirdly the barriers on the reformation of oil pricing system is concluded. At last the policies and measures for perfecting the current petroleum pricing system are put forward and a summary given for the whole thesis and an outlook into the future are outlined.
