The private economy has been an important force which influences the Chinese economy today. But the choke point of management, especially the lag of HRM, has been a restrictive factor for the private companies' development when they want to go further on their way. T Company is one of the top companies in the fuel oil market of China after years of development, at the same time; its HRM is still in the traditional level, with incomplete HRM system, which can't support the enterprise's stratagem well.This article makes analysis, which bases on the theory of SHRM by learners at home and board, the difference between SHRM and traditional HRM, and the influence on the company's performance. It aims at finding out the problems in T Company's HRM also basing on the introduction of T Company's background and the analysis of its management stratagem. The keystone of this article is to set up the T Company's SHRM structure after analyzing the problems in its HRM, the SHRM structure will be formed by the models of Position, Payment, and Performance. All the models will be matching with the company's management stratagem.With the writer's study of SHRM theory and the experience of setting up the SHRM structure as team member, she analyzes the problems in T Company's HRM and then gives out the solution. So there may be some practical value in the article.
