With the development of reform, the real estate goes ahead fast, and it plays very important part in our economy. However, for the reason of principle and history, especially the unique characteristic in real estate, there are many problems, such as the monopoly of real estate market, information asymmetry, high price, paradox of supply and demand and so on. Such an imbalance situation has bad effect on the development of real estate industry, even the national economy.This article is based on the latest research results in the domestic and foreign, taking our country actual economy as well as the situation of real estate market as the background, in the prospective of macroscopic and microscopic, combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to research the game behavior of prime participant in real estate market. The article attempts to build a framework to analysis the problems according to the behavior of each participant in the developing and consuming market of real estate. By using game theory, rent-seeking theory and the theory of information asymmetry to analysis the game among economic embody, and to find out the root causes of disorder in the real estate market and provide certain policy-making reference for government, enterprise and consumer. At last, the article brings forward some exercisable suggestion to perfecting the system of real estate market.
