Development And Application Of The Industrializatoin Of The Light-Steel Structure House In Hebei Province

The steel structure house, which is green, has the characters of industrialized organization , standardized production , easy setting , non-water construction, little pollution and so forth. It tallies with the requirement of sustainable development and green construction. This thesis studies the design, construction and economic character of the steel structure houses system through analysis of the development condition of the steel structure house system in Hebei Province and some typical demonstration projects of light steel structure house. Also, the technical and economic aspects of the steel structure house and its industrialization are researched. Then it is suggested that how the steel structure house system develops in Hebei Province. This thesis contains:(1)Analysis of the industrialization of the light steel structure house system in Hebei Province. Considering the technical, economic and political background of developing light steel structure houses in Hebei Province, this thesis analyzes the qualifications of its development and points out the necessity and feasibility of strongly developing light steel structure houses in Hebei Province based on the data of the market research.(2)Study of the technique of the industrialization of light steel structure house and exploitation of the all-covering techniques of the house construction. Taking some experimental projects in Hebei Province for example, this thesis puts forward a developing method of realizing the integration of the design, construction and interior decoration from the angle of considering the architecture and the application of the new structural styles, new materials and new techniques.(3)Technique and quality control of the facture and setting of multi-storey light steel structures. This thesis discusses the technical processes of the material measuring,welding,assembling, rectifying, field setting and japanning of the steel members. Some practicable measures are drawn on the quality control of every important procedure of the structure.(4)General economic benefit analysis on light steel structure houses. This thesis compares the houses of traditional structure with those of steel structure by analyzing some actual cases and finds out the evaluation indices that can estimate the function of the steel structure houses. It is beneficial to the latter construction of steel structure houses.(5)To propose the operating model according to the characters of steel structure houses and the reality in our country as follows: being led by the macroscopical guide of the government, taking the corporations as main body, taking the demonstration base of house industry as precursor and taking the market operation as mechanism.The statistic and investigative results show that steel structure houses have been accepted by the people of HeBei Province and have a good prospect. However, it needs both further technical and economic analysis on the benefits to let steel structures popularize and match the total economic and consuming level of HeBei Province.
